Last thursday we had a student from school model for us. Everyone was able to paint nice paintings regardless of the fact he kept playing the same five notes, as if he was tuning the strings.

This saturday I will be visiting CAP, an animation academy sponsored by Dreamworks) I used to attend back in high school every week. The high schoolers are doing the annual 24 hour animating marathon. My CAP teacher bumped into me today at school and asked if I could attend (for 24 hours), help set up food and bring my current project to work on. He hopes that my project and other CalArts students work will inspire the high schoolers. I feel honored to be invited.
I was once a CAP student inspired by the teachers and TAs from CalArts. Now my role has switched; this time I am on the opposite side of the table.
I will only be setting up food and working on my own stuff. Nevertheless, it should be a rewarding experience and I am very much looking forward to it.
